Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. lawyers litigate civil and white collar cases in Federal and State trial and appellate courts across the United States. We have been litigating since 1974 and have represented clients in the United States Supreme Court, every Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, many Federal District Courts and in many State courts. The history of our successful efforts is outlined in our Litigation Accomplishments .
Our civil litigation practice involves commercial and environmental disputes. We represent plaintiffs or defendants in jury and non-jury trials and in appeals on commercial issues including corporate and securities transactions, toxic tort, products and product liability, construction, civil rights, employment, media, entertainment, real estate, takings and project development. We also serve as plaintiff’s counsel in insurance recovery actions and as defense counsel in class actions. Our environmental litigation practice covers every aspect of federal and state environmental law including rulemaking, permits, enforcement, hazardous substances and toxic wastes, insecticides and fungicides, superfund and natural resources damages liability, land use and contaminated property, citizen suits, and air and water issues.
Our white collar defense litigation practice involves representing individuals and corporations in response to state and federal investigations and enforcement actions. This includes conducting internal investigations, responding to requests for documents and interviews and representing clients before grand juries, in trials and in appeals.
Beveridge & Diamond, P.C.’s litigators also devote substantial time each year to pro bono litigation.
We are frequently retained for complex cases in which significant financial, personal or other interests are at stake. Our litigators’ objective is to win cost effectively. We have the talent and experience to persuade judges and juries, and we use current technology to enhance our efficiency and advocacy. Our ability to win in court for our clients in the future is demonstrated by the results we have obtained in court for our clients in the past.
