The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) recently published "Biosolids Management: Options, Opportunities & Challenges", a handbook developed to provide agency managers and staff with a general overview of the current policy, regulatory, and legal developments concerning the various practices used to manage biosolids. The handbook was developed by a team of NACWA public agency and private affiliate representatives. Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. contributed to the publication as NACWA's legal affiliate.
